Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital services purchased from us and paid through this website or our payment links.

1. Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel before we start work on your project, you receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2. Cancellation after work has started

If you cancel after work has started, we refund the amount paid minus the value of work already completed, as per the milestones in your quote. We will share a simple breakdown of the work done.

3. After delivery

Once the work is delivered and accepted (or 7 days pass after delivery without an issue being reported), the payment for that work is non-refundable. Bugs or defects in our work reported during the support period are fixed free of charge.

4. If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, you receive a full refund of the amount paid for the undelivered part.

5. Monthly plans

Monthly maintenance or subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle; the current month is not refunded.

6. Third-party charges

Fees already paid to third parties on your behalf (for example domain, hosting, Google Play developer or WhatsApp API charges) are not refundable by us.

7. How to request a refund

Email puhomesolutions@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 94775 95877 with your name, phone number and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within 2 working days.

8. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account). The time for the money to appear depends on your bank.

9. Home products

Returns and refunds for products bought on Amazon.in are handled by Amazon as per Amazon's return policy.
