1. Services

We provide digital services: mobile app development, website and web-app development, WhatsApp chatbots, social-media auto-reply systems, AI assistants, business automation and related maintenance and support. The exact scope of every project is defined in the written quote shared with you before payment.

2. Quotes and pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown on the invoice. A quote is valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and charged separately.

3. Payments

Payments are collected online through our payment gateway partner (for example Cashfree Payments) using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your card or bank details; these are processed securely by the payment gateway. The payment schedule (advance and balance) is stated in your quote. Work begins after the advance payment is received.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, logos, account access (for example Meta, WhatsApp Business or Google Play developer accounts) and timely feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline. You are responsible for ensuring that content you give us does not infringe anyone else's rights and that your use of chatbots and messaging complies with the policies of Meta, WhatsApp and other platforms.

5. Delivery and acceptance

Delivery is digital, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You should review the delivered work within 7 days and report any issues. If no issue is reported within 7 days, the work is treated as accepted.

6. Ownership

After full payment, you own the final app, website, content and data created specifically for you. We may reuse our general tools, code libraries and know-how. We may mention your business name as a client unless you ask us not to.

7. Third-party platforms

Many services depend on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google, hosting and API providers. Their fees (if any) are payable by you unless included in the quote. We are not responsible for changes, outages, account restrictions or policy decisions made by these platforms.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Home products

Products listed under PU Home Solutions on Amazon.in are sold, delivered and returned under Amazon's terms and policies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
